The location was a 5 minute walk from the shuttle to Venice. It is worth noting that shuttle seats are few and most people stand for the 20 minute ride. Not for the elderly or the tired...We loved the on-site parking and the freedom it gave us to drive into Venice when preferred. Breakfast was nice. Comfortable and contemporary decor. Spacious safe.

I liked the location, the breakfast, the SPA area, the staff. The staff was very helpful ready to answer our questions, the room was cleaned daily and the SPA wasn't crowded in the first part of the day when we were allowed to enter having a child with us (children are allowed at the SPA area only between 9 - 13:00).

Pool was good.

This was a fantastic place to stay - We spent one night in the family room with two children . The rooms were sparkling clean with some tasty biscuits as a welcome . We reached slightly earlier than check in , but on request they enabled a slightly earlier check in . Venice is just a tram away and very convenient . Staff were very helpful and gave detailed directions and recommendations on restaurant and travel . We enjoyed the breakfast next morning and it was a wonderful spread . We also used the spa and sauna which was absolute value for money . Would fully recommend .

It’s cleanness It’s accessible Staff are multilingual I’m happy they communicated in basic English. They helped me book taxi, they appeared welcoming and professional.
